1. 적용 범위와 기기 내 처리
이 방침은 The 42 Apps(이하 “개발자”)가 제공하는 사진 EXIF 뷰어 & 메타데이터 삭제 앱에 적용됩니다. 사용자가 선택하거나 촬영한 사진, 파일 경로, EXIF 메타데이터, GPS 좌표, 카메라·렌즈 정보와 편집 결과는 앱 기능 수행을 위해 사용자의 기기에서만 처리됩니다. 개발자는 이 내용에 접근하거나 자체 서버로 전송·보관하지 않습니다. 처리된 사진은 사용자가 저장 또는 공유를 선택할 때 기기나 사용자가 선택한 앱으로 전달됩니다.
2. Firebase Analytics
앱 품질과 기능 사용 흐름을 이해하기 위해 Google Firebase Analytics를 사용합니다. 앱은 화면 조회와 기능 실행 여부를 나타내는 값 없는 이벤트 이름만 전송합니다. 사진, 파일명·경로, EXIF 값, GPS 좌표·주소, 카메라 모델, 삭제 항목·개수, 광고 위치, 동의 상태, 오류 메시지는 Analytics 매개변수로 보내지 않습니다. Analytics 광고 저장, 광고 사용자 데이터와 광고 개인화 신호는 비활성화했습니다. Firebase SDK는 앱 인스턴스 또는 기기 식별자, 대략적인 기기·앱 정보와 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Firebase 개인정보 및 보안 안내와 Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.
3. 광고와 동의
무료 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공·측정·부정행위 방지를 위해 IP 주소에서 파생한 대략적 위치, 기기 또는 광고 식별자, 앱 상호작용, 광고 데이터와 진단 정보를 수집하거나 제3자와 공유할 수 있습니다. 필요한 지역에서는 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)이 광고 개인정보 선택 화면을 제공하고 동의 선택을 기기에 저장합니다. 광고 선택은 앱의 개인정보 옵션, Google 광고 설정 또는 기기 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 AdMob 정책을 확인해 주세요.
4. 보관, 삭제와 공유
개발자가 운영하는 사용자 계정이나 데이터베이스는 없습니다. 앱 데이터와 처리 결과는 앱 삭제 또는 운영체제의 앱 데이터 삭제 기능으로 제거할 수 있습니다. SDK 데이터의 보관·삭제는 Google 정책과 사용자의 기기·Google 계정 설정을 따릅니다. 개발자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 법률상 요구되거나 권리와 안전을 보호해야 하는 경우를 제외하고 이 방침에 명시한 서비스 제공자 외에 데이터를 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 아동, 보안과 문의
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 제3자 SDK 전송에는 해당 서비스의 전송 보안이 적용됩니다. 방침을 변경하면 이 페이지의 시행일과 내용을 갱신합니다. 개인정보 또는 데이터 삭제 문의는 the42apps@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요.

1. Scope and on-device processing
This policy applies to EXIF Viewer & Metadata Remover provided by The 42 Apps. Photos selected or captured by the user, file paths, EXIF metadata, GPS coordinates, camera or lens details, and edited results are processed only on the user’s device to provide app features. The developer does not access, upload, or store this content on a developer-operated server. A processed photo leaves the app only when the user chooses to save or share it.
2. Firebase Analytics
The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand app quality and feature flow. It sends screen views and value-free event names indicating that a feature was used. Photos, filenames or paths, EXIF values, GPS coordinates or addresses, camera models, removed field names or counts, ad placements, consent states, and error messages are never sent as Analytics parameters. Analytics ad storage, ad user data, and advertising-personalization signals are disabled. Firebase may process app-instance or device identifiers, approximate device and app information, and diagnostics. See Firebase Privacy and Security and Google’s Privacy Policy.
3. Advertising and consent
The free app may display Google AdMob ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or share IP-derived approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, advertising data, and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Where required, Google User Messaging Platform provides advertising privacy choices and stores the choice on the device. Choices can be changed through the app’s privacy options, Google ad settings, or device settings. See AdMob policies.
4. Retention, deletion, and sharing
There is no developer-operated user account or database. Local app data and processed results can be removed by deleting the app or clearing its app data through the operating system. SDK retention and deletion follow Google’s policies and the user’s device or Google-account settings. The developer does not sell personal information and does not disclose it beyond the providers described here except when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.
5. Children, security, and contact
The app is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Third-party SDK transfers use the security provided by those services.
