Fridge Note (냉장고 노트)

Fridge Note runs entirely on your device. There is no account and no sign-in, we operate no servers, and the app contains no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. Your fridge items, dishes, meal plans, shopping lists, settings, and any photos you take stay on your device and are never sent to us. The only time the app touches the network is an optional barcode lookup that is turned off by default (see below).

이 개인정보 처리방침은 The 42 Apps(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 모바일 앱 냉장고 노트 (Fridge Note, 번들 ID com.the42apps.myrefrigerator)(이하 "앱")에 적용됩니다.

핵심 원칙 — 데이터는 내 기기와 내 iCloud에만

냉장고 노트는 개발자 서버 없이 동작합니다. 개발자는 별도의 서버나 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않으며, 사용자의 개인정보를 수집·저장·열람하지 않습니다. 데이터는 사용자의 기기, 그리고 iCloud에 로그인한 경우 사용자 본인의 개인 iCloud에만 보관됩니다(아래 "iCloud 동기화" 참고).

앱 자체 계정·로그인 없음 — 회원가입이 필요 없습니다(동기화는 기기에 이미 로그인된 Apple ID의 iCloud를 사용).
광고 없음, 분석(Analytics) 없음, 추적(Tracking) 없음, 광고 식별자(IDFA) 미사용.
냉장고 품목, 메뉴(요리), 주간 식단, 장보기 목록, 설정, 사용자가 촬영한 사진 등 모든 데이터는 기기와 사용자 본인의 개인 iCloud에만 보관되며, 개발자 서버로는 전송되지 않습니다.

카메라 및 사진

식재료 인식을 위해 카메라 또는 사진 보관함 접근을 요청할 수 있습니다. 촬영·선택한 이미지의 음식 인식은 기기 내부에서(Apple Vision) 처리되며, 이미지는 서버로 업로드되지 않고 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

알림

소비기한 임박 알림 등은 모두 기기 내 로컬 알림으로 동작하며, 알림을 위해 외부로 데이터를 보내지 않습니다.

iCloud 동기화

기기가 iCloud(Apple ID)에 로그인되어 있으면, 앱 데이터는 사용자 본인의 개인(private) iCloud에 저장되어 같은 Apple ID로 로그인한 사용자의 다른 기기(iPhone·iPad)와 자동으로 동기화됩니다. 이 동기화는 Apple의 CloudKit을 통해 이루어지며, 데이터는 사용자 본인의 iCloud 계정 안에만 머물고 개발자는 이에 접근할 수 없습니다. 별도의 가입·비용 없이 무료로 제공됩니다. iCloud에 로그인하지 않은 기기에서는 데이터가 해당 기기에만 저장됩니다(동기화 비활성). iCloud 사용 여부와 저장 공간은 iOS 설정 › Apple 계정 › iCloud에서 관리할 수 있습니다.

유일한 네트워크 기능 — 바코드 조회 (선택, 기본 꺼짐)

설정에서 "온라인 바코드 조회"를 직접 켠 경우에만, 제품 바코드를 스캔할 때 해당 바코드 숫자만 오픈 데이터베이스 Open Food Facts로 전송하여 제품명을 가져옵니다. 이 기능은 기본값이 꺼짐이며, 바코드 외의 개인정보나 식별자는 전송하지 않습니다. Open Food Facts로 전송된 요청은 해당 서비스의 처리방침을 따릅니다.

제3자 제공 / 외부 SDK

이 앱은 광고·분석용 제3자 SDK(예: Google Play Services, AdMob, Firebase 등)를 포함하지 않으며, 어떤 개인정보도 제3자에게 제공·판매하지 않습니다.

데이터 보관 및 삭제

모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기와 본인 iCloud에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 데이터가 삭제됩니다. iCloud에 동기화된 데이터는 iOS 설정 › Apple 계정 › iCloud에서 관리·삭제할 수 있습니다(앱 삭제만으로는 iCloud 사본이 즉시 사라지지 않을 수 있습니다). 개발자가 보관하는 서버 측 데이터가 없으므로 개발자에 대한 별도의 삭제 요청은 필요하지 않습니다. 이메일로 문의하신 내용은 응대에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관 후 삭제됩니다.

아동

이 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다(권장 연령 4+).

This privacy policy applies to the mobile app Fridge Note (냉장고 노트, bundle ID com.the42apps.myrefrigerator) (the "Application") provided by The 42 Apps (the "Service Provider").

Core principle — your data stays on your device and your iCloud

Fridge Note runs with no developer servers. The Service Provider operates no servers or databases and does not collect, store, or have access to your personal data. Your data is kept on your device and, when you are signed in to iCloud, in your own private iCloud (see "iCloud Sync" below).

No in-app account and no sign-in are required (sync uses the iCloud of the Apple ID already signed in on your device).
No ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising identifier (IDFA).
Your fridge items, dishes, meal plans, shopping lists, settings, and any photos you take are stored only on your device and in your own private iCloud, and are never transmitted to the Service Provider.

Camera and Photos

The Application may request camera or photo-library access so you can photograph your groceries. Food recognition runs on your device (Apple Vision); images are not uploaded to any server and are not sent to the Service Provider.

Notifications

Freshness reminders and similar alerts are delivered as local notifications scheduled on your device; no data is sent off-device to provide them.

iCloud Sync

When your device is signed in to iCloud (Apple ID), the app's data is stored in your own private iCloud and syncs automatically across your other devices (iPhone, iPad) signed in to the same Apple ID. This sync uses Apple's CloudKit; the data stays within your personal iCloud account and the Service Provider cannot access it. It is provided free, with no separate account or fee. On a device not signed in to iCloud, data stays only on that device (sync disabled). You can manage iCloud use and storage in iOS Settings › Apple Account › iCloud.

The only network feature — Barcode lookup (optional, off by default)

Only if you turn on "online barcode lookup" in Settings, scanning a product barcode sends just that barcode number to the open database Open Food Facts to fetch a product name. This feature is off by default, and no personal information or identifiers other than the barcode are sent. Requests sent to Open Food Facts are governed by that service's own privacy policy.

Third-Party Access / SDKs

The Application contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs (such as Google Play Services, AdMob, or Firebase), and does not share or sell any personal information to third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored on your device and in your own private iCloud. Uninstalling the Application removes the data stored on the device. Data synced to iCloud can be managed or deleted in iOS Settings › Apple Account › iCloud (uninstalling the app alone may not immediately remove the iCloud copy). Because the Service Provider holds no server-side data, no separate deletion request to the Service Provider is necessary. Any information you voluntarily provide by email is kept only as long as needed to respond and is then deleted.

Children

The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (rated 4+).
