1. 적용 범위

이 방침은 The 42 Apps(이하 “개발자”)가 제공하는 Nocto(녹토) 앱에 적용됩니다. 개발자는 이 앱과 관련하여 개인정보를 수집하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.

2. 마이크와 기기 안 처리

사용자가 수면 기록을 시작하면 앱은 마이크로 주변 소리를 듣습니다. 소리 분석은 기기 안에서만 실행됩니다. 앱은 배경보다 큰 소리가 날 때만 몇 초 길이의 클립을 저장하고, 밤 전체를 녹음하지 않습니다. 클립, 수면 통계, 태그, 라벨은 앱 전용 저장 공간에만 보관됩니다. 이 폴더는 iCloud 백업에서 제외되며, Android에서는 앱 백업이 꺼져 있습니다. 개발자는 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.

3. 사용자가 직접 공유할 때

사용자가 클립, 결과 카드, 의사용 요약(PDF)을 공유하기로 선택하면, 해당 파일은 운영체제 공유 화면에서 사용자가 고른 앱이나 사람에게 전달됩니다. 그 이후의 처리는 받는 앱의 정책을 따릅니다.

4. 구매

구독과 1회 구매는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 개발자는 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다. 앱은 구매 상태를 확인하기 위해 스토어가 제공하는 거래 정보(상품 ID, 만료일)만 기기 안에서 읽습니다. 자세한 내용은 Apple 개인정보 처리방침과 Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.

5. 알림

사용자가 허용하면 앱은 무료 체험 종료 알림을 기기 안에서 예약합니다. 알림 내용은 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

6. 보관과 삭제

사용자는 설정에서 보관 기간을 정할 수 있습니다. 기간이 지난 클립 소리는 자동으로 삭제되고 통계만 남습니다(별표한 클립은 유지). 설정의 “모든 데이터 삭제”, 앱 삭제, 또는 운영체제의 앱 데이터 삭제로 모든 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다.

7. 아동, 변경, 문의

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 앱은 의료 기기가 아니며 진단을 제공하지 않습니다. 방침을 변경하면 이 페이지의 시행일과 내용을 갱신합니다. 문의: the42apps@gmail.com

1. Scope

This policy applies to Nocto, provided by The 42 Apps (“the developer”). The developer runs no server that collects personal data for this app.

2. Microphone and on-device processing

When you start a sleep, the app listens through the microphone. All sound analysis runs on your device. The app keeps only short clips of sounds louder than the room’s background; it does not record the whole night. Clips, sleep statistics, tags and labels stay in the app’s private storage. This folder is excluded from iCloud backup, and app backup is turned off on Android. The developer cannot access this data.

3. When you share

If you choose to share a clip, a result card or the doctor summary (PDF), the file goes through your system share sheet to the app or person you pick. What happens next is governed by that recipient’s policy.

4. Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The developer receives no payment details. To check what you own, the app reads store transaction information (product ID, expiry) on your device. See Apple’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Notifications

If you allow it, the app schedules a trial-ending reminder on your device. Nothing about them is sent off the device.

6. Retention and deletion

You choose how long clips are kept in Settings. Older clip audio is deleted automatically and only statistics remain (starred clips are kept). “Delete all data” in Settings, deleting the app, or clearing the app’s data removes everything.

7. EU/EEA and UK users (GDPR)

Because recordings and analysis never leave your device, the developer does not process your personal data as a controller for these features. Health-related sound data is processed only locally, under your control, for the purpose you start it for. Purchase data is processed by Apple or Google as independent controllers. You can exercise your rights of access and erasure directly in the app (playback, export, “Delete all data”). 8. Children, changes and contact

The app is not directed to children under 13. The app is not a medical device and does not diagnose. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Contact: the42apps@gmail.com
