1. 적용 범위
이 방침은 The 42 Apps(이하 “개발자”)가 제공하는 상담쌤(OhExpert) 앱에 적용됩니다. 앱은 AI 기반 대화형 상담 기능을 제공하며, 전문 의료·정신건강·법률 서비스가 아닙니다. 긴급하거나 안전과 관련된 상황에서는 관계 기관 또는 자격을 갖춘 전문가에게 연락해 주세요.
2. 계정과 로그인
앱은 Firebase Authentication을 통해 이메일·비밀번호, Google 또는 Facebook 로그인을 지원합니다. 선택한 방식에 따라 이메일 주소, 표시 이름, 프로필 사진, 인증 제공자 식별자와 계정 상태가 Firebase 및 해당 로그인 제공자에 의해 처리될 수 있습니다. 비밀번호는 개발자가 직접 열람하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 로그인 제공자의 정책은 Google 개인정보처리방침, Meta 개인정보처리방침, Firebase 개인정보 및 보안 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
3. 상담 대화와 첨부파일
사용자가 전송한 상담 텍스트와 AI 응답은 답변 생성과 대화 기록 제공을 위해 OpenAI API에서 처리됩니다. 앱은 로그인 사용자별로 별도의 대화 스레드를 생성하고 그 불투명한 스레드 식별자를 기기에 저장합니다. OpenAI API에 전송된 데이터는 모델 학습에 사용되지 않지만, Assistants/Threads 애플리케이션 상태는 삭제 요청 전까지 보관될 수 있고 삭제 뒤 최대 30일 동안 삭제 절차가 진행될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 OpenAI API 데이터 제어 안내를 확인해 주세요.
사진 또는 파일 선택 기능에서 사용자가 고른 파일은 현재 앱 화면에 로컬로 표시될 뿐 상담 요청이나 개발자 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다. 상담 텍스트, AI 응답, 첨부파일 내용·이름·경로, 상담사 이름은 Firebase Analytics 또는 Crashlytics의 사용자 지정 값으로 전송하지 않습니다.
4. 분석과 오류 진단
앱은 Firebase Analytics를 사용해 앱 품질과 대략적인 기능 사용 흐름을 파악합니다. 화면 조회와 로그인 완료, 상담 목록·설정·상담 화면 열기, 메시지 전송, 첨부 선택 여부를 나타내는 값 없는 이벤트 이름만 기록하며, 사용자 속성이나 상담 내용을 추가하지 않습니다. 광고 개인화 신호는 기본 차단합니다. Firebase는 앱 인스턴스 또는 기기 식별자, IP 주소에서 파생된 대략적 위치, 기기·앱 정보와 상호작용 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
Firebase Crashlytics는 충돌 로그, 진단 정보, 기기·앱 버전 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 Crashlytics에 계정 정보나 상담 내용을 사용자 지정 로그로 기록하지 않습니다.
5. 구독·구매 SDK
앱은 구매 권한 확인을 위해 Adapty SDK를 초기화할 수 있습니다. Adapty는 익명 앱 사용자 식별자, 기기·앱 정보와 스토어 구매 또는 구독 상태를 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱 구성에서 Adapty의 IP 주소 수집과 Apple/Google 광고 식별자 수집을 비활성화했습니다. 스토어 결제 정보는 Google Play 또는 Apple이 처리하며 개발자는 전체 결제카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 Adapty 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.
6. 계정·데이터 삭제 요청, 보관, 공유와 보안
상담쌤(OhExpert) 계정 또는 데이터 삭제 요청 절차:
- 계정에 사용한 이메일 주소에서 the42apps@gmail.com으로 요청을 보냅니다.
- 메일에 계정 전체 삭제인지 상담 대화만 삭제할 것인지 적습니다. 본인 확인에 필요한 최소 정보가 추가로 요청될 수 있습니다.
- 확인이 끝나면 The 42 Apps가 Firebase 계정·인증 정보와 식별 가능한 OpenAI 상담 스레드 중 요청 범위에 해당하는 데이터를 삭제합니다.
기기의 로컬 설정, 첨부파일 표시 데이터와 대화 스레드 식별자는 앱 삭제 또는 운영체제의 앱 데이터 삭제 기능으로 제거할 수 있습니다. 법률·보안상 보관 의무가 있는 기록은 해당 의무 기간 동안 제한적으로 보관될 수 있으며, OpenAI의 삭제 처리는 요청 후 최대 30일이 걸릴 수 있습니다.
개발자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 데이터는 앱 기능 제공, 인증, 분석, 오류 진단, 구매 권한 확인을 위해 위에 명시한 제공자와 공유되거나 법률상 요구·권리 및 안전 보호가 필요한 경우에만 제공됩니다. 네트워크 전송에는 HTTPS 등 제공자의 전송 보안이 적용됩니다.
7. 아동, 변경과 문의
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 방침을 변경하면 이 페이지의 시행일과 내용을 갱신합니다. 개인정보, 계정 또는 데이터 삭제 문의는 the42apps@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요.

1. Scope
This policy applies to OhExpert, provided by The 42 Apps. The app provides AI-assisted conversational guidance and is not professional medical, mental-health, or legal advice. Contact qualified professionals or emergency services for urgent or safety-related matters.
2. Account and sign-in
The app supports email/password, Google, or Facebook sign-in through Firebase Authentication. Depending on the method selected, an email address, display name, profile photo, authentication-provider identifier, and account state may be processed by Firebase and the chosen provider. The developer does not directly read or store passwords. See the privacy policies of Google, Meta, and Firebase.
3. Counseling conversations and attachments
Counseling text submitted by the user and AI responses are processed through the OpenAI API to generate responses and provide conversation history. The app creates a separate conversation thread for each signed-in user and stores the opaque thread identifier on the device. Data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train models, but Assistants/Threads application state can remain until deletion is requested and deletion processing may take up to 30 days. A photo or file selected through the attachment picker is currently displayed locally in the app and is not uploaded with a counseling request or to a developer-operated server. Counseling text, AI responses, attachment content, names or paths, and counselor names are never added as custom values to Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.
4. Analytics and diagnostics
The app uses Firebase Analytics to understand app quality and coarse feature flow. It records screen views and value-free event names for actions such as completed sign-in, opening the counselor list, settings or chat, sending a message, and selecting an attachment. It does not add user properties or counseling content. Advertising-personalization signals are disabled by default. Firebase may process app-instance or device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device and app information, and app interactions.
Firebase Crashlytics may process crash logs, diagnostics, and device or app-version information. The developer does not add account details or counseling content to custom Crashlytics logs.
5. Subscription and purchase SDK
The app may initialize the Adapty SDK to check purchase entitlements. Adapty may process an anonymous app-user identifier, device and app information, and store purchase or subscription status. The app disables Adapty IP-address collection and Apple/Google advertising-identifier collection. Google Play or Apple processes store payments, and the developer does not receive complete payment-card details. See the Adapty Privacy Policy.
6. Account/data deletion, retention, sharing, and security
To request deletion of an OhExpert account or its data:
- Email the42apps@gmail.com from the address used for the account.
- State whether the request covers the complete account or counseling conversations only. The minimum additional information needed to verify ownership may be requested.
- After verification, The 42 Apps deletes the requested Firebase account/authentication data and identifiable OpenAI counseling threads.
Local settings, locally displayed attachment data, and conversation-thread identifiers can be removed by deleting the app or clearing its app data through the operating system. Records subject to legal or security retention requirements may be retained only for the applicable period, and OpenAI deletion processing may take up to 30 days after a request.
The developer does not sell personal information. Data is shared with the providers described above only to provide app features, authentication, analytics, crash diagnostics, and purchase-entitlement checks, or when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety. Provider-supported transport security such as HTTPS is used for network transfers.
7. Children, changes, and contact
The app is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. For privacy, account, or deletion questions, email the42apps@gmail.com.
