Stored only on your device
Your focus history (end time, length, tag and pet), timer settings, pet names and sound settings are stored on this device only and are never sent to the developer. Deleting the app removes them. Your operating system's device backup may include them.
Ads and analytics

Notifications
If you allow them, the app schedules local notifications on your device to tell you when a focus session or a break ends. Nothing about them leaves the device. You can turn them off in your device settings at any time.
Motion sensor
When Flip to focus is on in Settings, the app reads the accelerometer to tell whether the phone lies face down. Readings are used in the moment only and are never stored or sent.
