1. 적용 범위
이 방침은 The 42 Apps(이하 “개발자”)가 제공하는 포켓필름(Pocket Film) 앱에 적용됩니다. 현재 버전의 포켓필름은 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 새 기능으로 처리하는 정보가 달라지면 이 방침을 먼저 갱신합니다.
2. 카메라와 사진
카메라 권한은 뷰파인더와 촬영에만 쓰이며, 영상은 기기 안에서 필름 효과를 적용하는 데 사용됩니다. 현상한 사진은 앱의 앨범(기기 저장공간)에 보관되고, 사용자가 허용하면 기기의 사진 보관함에 저장됩니다. 사진 보관함에서 사진을 가져오는 기능은 사용자가 고른 사진만 기기 안에서 현상합니다. 사진은 사용자가 공유를 선택할 때만 사용자가 고른 앱으로 전달됩니다. 마이크는 사용하지 않습니다.
3. 인앱 구매
카메라·필름 팩과 즉석 필름 구매는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 개발자는 결제 수단, 이름, 이메일 등 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다. 앱은 구매한 상품과 남은 필름 수를 기기에 저장하며, 구매 복원은 스토어 계정을 통해 이루어집니다. 스토어의 데이터 처리는 Apple 개인정보처리방침과 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
4. 보관과 삭제
앱 설정, 구매 상태, 앨범 사진은 기기에만 저장되며 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. 사진 보관함에 저장한 사진은 사진 앱에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 아동과 문의
개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 방침을 변경하면 이 페이지의 시행일과 내용을 갱신합니다. 문의는 the42apps@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요.

1. Scope
This policy applies to Pocket Film provided by The 42 Apps. The current version of Pocket Film does not collect personal information. If a new feature changes what information is processed, this policy will be updated first.
2. Camera and photos
Camera access is used only for the viewfinder and taking pictures; the image is processed on the device to apply film effects. Developed prints are kept in the app’s album on the device and, if you allow it, saved to your photo library. Importing from your photo library develops only the photos you pick, on the device. A photo leaves the app only when you choose to share it, and goes only to the app you choose. The microphone is not used.
3. In-app purchases
Camera and film packs and instant film are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which process the payment. The developer receives no payment details, names, or email addresses. The app stores what you have bought and how much film is left on the device; restoring purchases goes through your store account. The stores’ processing is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.
4. Retention and deletion
Settings, purchase state, and album photos are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the app. Photos saved to your photo library can be deleted in the Photos app. The developer does not sell or share personal information.
5. Children and contact
The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Questions: the42apps@gmail.com.
