이 개인정보 처리방침은 The 42 Apps(이하 “개발자”)가 제공하는 책력
모바일 앱 버전 1.0(번들 및 패키지 식별자
com.the42apps.read365)에 적용됩니다.
책력은 read365.kr ‘책 읽는 대한민국’ 책력인증 프로그램 참여를 돕는
비공식 컴패니언 앱입니다. 프로그램 운영 주체와 제휴하거나
승인받은 앱이 아니며, read365.kr 자체의 데이터 처리에는 해당 사이트의
개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.
read365.kr 로그인 정보
책력을 쓰려면 이미 가지고 있는 read365.kr 계정으로 로그인합니다. 입력한
아이디와 비밀번호는 운영체제의 보안 저장소(iOS 키체인 / Android 암호화
저장소)에 사용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 로그인을 위해
read365.kr에만 전송됩니다. 개발자는 이 정보를 받지도,
저장하지도 않습니다.
로그인 유지를 위한 세션 쿠키도 기기 안에만 보관되어 다음 실행 때 자동
로그인에 사용되며, 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
인증 사진
독서·필사 인증을 등록할 때 카메라로 촬영하거나 사진 보관함에서 고른 사진을
첨부합니다. 이 사진과 함께 입력한 책 제목·저자·출판사·메모는 사용자의 인증을
등록하기 위해 사용자 계정으로 read365.kr에 업로드됩니다.
즉, 사진은 사용자가 참여 중인 서비스(read365.kr)로 전송되며 개발자에게는
전송되지 않습니다.
선택적인 책 검색
인증 화면에서 책 제목을 검색하면 제목·저자·출판사를 자동으로 채워 넣기 위해
입력한 검색어만 개발자가 운영하는 책 검색 프록시
(read365-api.vercel.app)로 전송되고, 이 프록시는 검색어를
네이버 책 검색 API로 전달해 그 결과만 돌려줍니다. 프록시는
검색어를 응답을 만드는 목적 외에 저장하거나 기록하지 않으며, 사용자의
로그인 정보·계정과는 연결되지 않습니다. 이 기능은 선택 사항이며, 검색을
사용하지 않고 직접 입력해도 인증할 수 있습니다. 네이버가 제공하는 서비스의
데이터 처리에는 네이버의
개인정보처리방침이
적용됩니다.
수집·추적하지 않는 정보
책력은 광고를 표시하지 않고, 제3자 분석·추적 도구를 사용하지 않으며, 기기의
광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다. 개발자는 사용자의 로그인 정보·인증 기록을
저장하는 서버나 계정 체계를 운영하지 않습니다. 개발자가 운영하는 유일한
구성 요소는 위에 설명한 책 검색 프록시로, 검색어를 네이버 책 검색으로
전달하는 것 외에는 어떤 데이터도 저장하지 않습니다. 개발자는 어떤 데이터도
판매하지 않으며, 위치 정보도 요청하지 않습니다.
권한
카메라와 사진 보관함 권한은 인증 사진을 첨부하기 위한 목적으로만
사용합니다. 권한 허용 여부는 기기 설정에서 언제든 변경할 수 있으며, 권한을
허용하지 않으면 사진 첨부 기능만 제한되고 다른 기능은 정상적으로 작동합니다.
보관과 삭제
로그인 정보와 세션 쿠키는 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 기기의 보안 저장소에
보관됩니다. 앱의 설정 → 로그아웃을 누르면 기기에 저장된
로그인 정보와 쿠키가 삭제됩니다. 앱을 삭제해도 기기에 저장된 데이터가
제거됩니다.
이미 read365.kr에 등록한 인증 내용은 그곳에 저장되므로, 해당 콘텐츠의
수정·삭제나 계정 관리는 read365.kr에서 직접 하셔야 합니다.
개발자가 보관하는 서버 측 데이터가 없으므로 개발자에게 별도의 서버 데이터
삭제를 요청할 필요는 없습니다.
아동의 개인정보
책력은 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 관련 문의는
아래 이메일로 보내 주세요.
변경과 문의
데이터 처리 방식이 바뀌는 기능을 출시하기 전에 이 정책을 갱신합니다. 이
정책은 모바일 앱의 데이터 처리에 관한 것이며, read365.kr·네이버 책 검색 등
외부 서비스의 데이터 처리에는 각 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다.

Scope and provider
This policy applies to version 1.0 of the Chaekryeok mobile app provided by
The 42 Apps (bundle and package identifier com.the42apps.read365).
Chaekryeok is an unofficial companion app for the read365.kr
“책 읽는 대한민국” program. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the
program operator, and read365.kr’s own handling of data is governed by that
site’s privacy policy.
Your read365.kr login
To use Chaekryeok you sign in with the read365.kr account you already have.
The ID and password you enter are stored only on your device in
the operating system’s secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android
EncryptedSharedPreferences) and are sent only to read365.kr to
authenticate. The developer never receives or stores them.
Session cookies that keep you signed in are also kept only on your device for
automatic re-login and are not sent to any developer server.
Certification photos
When you submit a reading certification, you attach a photo taken with the
camera or chosen from your photo library. That photo, along with the book
title, author, publisher, and note you enter, is
uploaded to read365.kr under your account to register your
certification. In other words, photos go to the service you are participating
in (read365.kr), not to the developer.
Optional book search
If you search for a book title on the certify screen, only the
search text you type is sent to a book-search proxy the
developer operates (read365-api.vercel.app), which forwards the query to the
Naver Book Search API and returns only the results. The proxy
does not store or log your query beyond producing that response, and it is not
linked to your login or account. This is optional — you can enter those fields
manually without using search. Naver’s handling of that request is governed by
Naver’s privacy policy.
Information we do not collect or track
Chaekryeok shows no ads, uses no third-party analytics or tracking, and does
not collect a device advertising identifier. The developer runs no server or
account system that stores your login or certification history. The only
component the developer operates is the book-search proxy described above,
which stores no data beyond forwarding your query to Naver Book Search. No data
is sold, and the app does not request location.
Permissions
Camera and photo-library permissions are used solely to attach a
certification photo. You can change these permissions at any time in
your device settings; declining them only limits photo attachment, and the
rest of the app continues to work.
Retention and deletion
Your login and session cookies remain in your device’s secure storage until
you delete them. Tap Settings → Log out to clear the stored
credentials and cookies from your device; deleting the app also removes its
data from the device.
Certifications you have already submitted are stored on read365.kr, so you
manage or delete that content and your account directly on
read365.kr. Because the developer holds no server-side data, there is
no separate server-data deletion request to make with the developer.
Children’s privacy
Chaekryeok does not knowingly collect personal information from children under
13. Please use the email below for related questions.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy before releasing a feature that changes these data
practices. This policy describes the mobile app; the handling of data by
external services such as read365.kr and Naver Book Search is governed by each
service’s own policy.
