광고는 선택할 때만 열립니다.
이 방침은 The 42 Apps가 제공하는 Luma Grove(iOS·Android, 번들 ID com.the42apps.lumagrove)의 데이터 처리 방식을 설명합니다.

퍼즐 진행, 기록, 설정과 연습 횟수는 기기에 저장됩니다.
무료 연습을 사용한 뒤 사용자가 직접 선택할 때만 보상형 광고가 재생됩니다.
1. 앱이 직접 처리하는 정보
Luma Grove는 계정, 이름, 이메일, 연락처 또는 정확한 위치를 요구하지 않으며 자체 분석 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
- 기기 내 저장: 오늘의 퍼즐 상태, 이동·힌트·완료 기록, 연속 기록, 난이도, 언어와 화면 설정, 무료 연습 사용량, 가든 패스 활성 상태의 로컬 사본.
- 스토어 구매: Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 결제를 처리합니다. 앱은 상품 ID, 거래 상태와 영수증/검증 데이터처럼 구매를 제공하고 복원하는 데 필요한 정보만 받습니다. 카드 번호는 개발자가 받지 않습니다.
- 고객 지원: 사용자가 이메일을 보내는 경우 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 답변 및 문제 해결에 필요한 기간 동안 처리합니다.
2. Google Mobile Ads가 처리하는 정보
무료 사용자가 하루 무료 연습을 모두 사용한 뒤 직접 선택하면 Google AdMob의 보상형 광고가 로드될 수 있습니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공, 측정, 분석과 부정행위 방지를 위해 아래 정보를 자동으로 수집하거나 공유할 수 있습니다.

3. 광고 동의와 선택
유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 Google User Messaging Platform을 통해 광고 개인정보 선택 화면을 먼저 표시합니다. 동의 상태가 광고 요청을 허용하지 않으면 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 필요한 경우 가든 패스 화면의 광고 개인정보 옵션에서 선택을 다시 열 수 있습니다.
보상형 광고를 보지 않아도 매일 퍼즐과 힌트는 계속 이용할 수 있습니다. 가든 패스를 구매하면 보상형 광고를 요청하지 않습니다.
4. 보관, 삭제와 보호
- 퍼즐 진행과 설정은 기기에만 남으며 앱을 삭제하거나 운영체제의 앱 데이터 삭제 기능을 사용하면 제거됩니다.
- 광고 동의와 광고 식별자는 앱의 개인정보 옵션 및 기기 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다.
- 구매 기록은 Apple 또는 Google이 각 스토어 정책에 따라 보관합니다. 구매 복원은 해당 스토어 계정으로 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 지원 이메일은 문의가 해결되고 법적·보안상 보관할 필요가 없어진 뒤 삭제합니다.
5. 아동, 국외 처리와 변경
Luma Grove는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. Google과 앱 스토어는 사용자의 국가 밖에서 정보를 처리할 수 있으며 각 서비스의 보호조치가 적용됩니다.
앱 기능이나 관련 법령이 바뀌면 이 문서를 업데이트하고 시행일을 변경합니다. 중요한 변경은 적절한 방법으로 알립니다.

PRIVACY POLICY
Luma Grove Privacy Policy
Effective August 3, 2026. This policy applies to Luma Grove for iOS and Android (bundle ID com.the42apps.lumagrove), provided by The 42 Apps.
What the app stores
Luma Grove requires no account and operates its core puzzle without a developer backend or first-party analytics. Daily puzzle progress, move and hint history, completion and streak records, difficulty, language, preferences, free-practice allowance, and a local copy of Garden Pass status stay on the device.
Purchases
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. The app receives the product identifier, transaction status, and receipt or verification data needed to deliver and restore Garden Pass. The developer does not receive payment-card details.
Optional rewarded advertising
After the daily free-practice allowance is used, a user may voluntarily request a rewarded ad supplied by Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or share IP-derived approximate location, device or account identifiers, product interactions, advertising data, and diagnostics for third-party advertising, analytics, measurement, and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit. See Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob policies.
Consent and choices
Where required, Google User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before ads are requested. Ads are not requested when consent status does not allow them. The in-app Ad privacy options entry point is shown where required. Daily puzzles and hints remain available without watching an ad, and Garden Pass owners receive no rewarded ads.
Retention and deletion
Local data can be removed by deleting the app or clearing its app data in the operating system. Advertising choices and identifiers can be managed through the in-app privacy options and device settings. Store purchase records are retained by Apple or Google under their policies. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request and meet legal or security obligations.
Children and contact
Luma Grove is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect their personal information. Questions can be sent to the42apps@gmail.com.
